PAV-1 型沥青压力老化系统是根据中华人民共和国行业标准 JTGE20《公路工程沥青及沥青混合料试验规程》中的 T0630《压力老化容器加速沥青老化试验》、中华人民共和国石油化工行业标准 SH/T 0774《沥青加速老化试验法（PAV 法）》所规定的要求、及参考 ASTM D6521 和 AASHTO PPI 的试验方法设计制造的
一、主要技术特点
1、PAV-1-1 沥青压力老化箱将压力容器装置与自动操作系统优化配置合为一体，采用计算机实时监控，确保设备正确运行
2、PAV-1-2 沥青老化真空箱，温度与时间联动控制。全套系统设备的外壳和主要结构采用优质不锈钢材料制作。
3、本系统采用高温和压缩空气在压力容器中对沥青进行加速老化，模拟沥青在道路使用过程中发生的氧化老化，适用于评价不同沥青在试验温度和压力条件下的抗氧化老化能力。
二、主要技术参数及指标
1、工作电源：AC（220±10%）V 50Hz；

3、工作介质：压缩空气；
4、工作温度：（90～110）℃±0.5℃；
5、工作压力：2.1MPa±0.1MPa；实际控压(2.100MPa±0.015MPa)；
